 or 541-414-9777

Location: Hundred Acre Wood, 1000 S 1st Ave, Coquille, OR 97423

Help the Wild Rivers Coast Mountain Bicycle Association and the South Coast Chapter of the NPSO remove invasive English ivy at the Coquille Hundred Acre Wood trail system to protect the beautiful trees that cover this trail system. This is our second volunteer trail work event at Hundred Acre Wood, and fully supported by the City of Coquille. More about the site:
https://cityofcoquille.org/comm_services/100_acre_wood.php.

Be sure to bring gloves, sturdy shoes, and comfortable clothing. This is a rain or shine event, though high winds will cancel! Please plan to arrive prior to 9:00 am so you are ready for basic education and instruction starting at 9:00 am. The Wild Rivers Coast Mountain Bicycle Association tool trailer will be on site, but we encourage folks to bring pruners, loppers, and hand saws as they will be the primary tools for ivy removal. Lunch will follow.
