2027 Poster Photo Contest
Every year the Native Plant Society creates a poster to celebrate Native Plant Appreciation Month. Do you have great photos of Oregon Native Plants? We want to see them! Submit your favorite photos for a chance to be featured on the annual Native Plant Appreciation Month poster! The photo contest runs September through December.
Here are the Poster Photo Contest Rules:
- Each person may submit up to 2 photos of Oregon native plants, photographed in Oregon, to be featured on the annual NPSO Native Plant Appreciation Month Poster.
- Submissions should include photographer name, scientific name of plant(s), common name of plant(s), photo location, and photo date.
- Photos should be high-quality (e.g., at least 300 DPI) and preferably unedited.
- Entries must be submitted via email to ph********@***il.com by December 31st!
- Photographers who submit photos consent to the NPSO reproducing the submitted photos free of charge for the poster and our website, social media, and other NPSO publicity material.
- Final photo selection is at the discretion of the Native Plant Appreciation Month Committee.
2027 NPAM Florablitz
Participate in the NPSO Native Plant Appreciation Month Florablitz by photographing Oregon’s wild native plants during April 2027 and uploading them to iNaturalist. Everyone is welcome – no experience required! If you’re not yet an iNaturalist member, you can find instructions to join here and click “join the community”.
